** Important info regarding Covid-19 (Coronavirus)**
Thank you to all of those who have reached out to us, personally. This is a very uncertain time for all of us, and any amount of human kindness is always appreciated, and you've all shown an abundance of it! Thank you! As many of you know, we are now closed down completely (temporarily). The governor of Ohio, Mike DeWine, has ordered all salons to close for an indefinite period of time. I would like for all of you to know, I am fully planning on coming back once it is safe enough to do so, and the order has been lifted. I wish I had answers as to when our lives will return to normal, but none of us really knows the answer to this. In the meantime, please care for yourselves and your family and PLEASE practice social distancing - for the good of us all. I miss you all already, thank you for your continued support!
With love and clean hands,
To all of our clients: 3/15/2020
As I'm sitting here typing this, it almost seems surreal. In the wake of this new virus that's been upheaving everyone's lives, I want to personally let all of you know that we deeply care about your health and safety. Both Milanka (the owner of Sage a Spa, where my business is located) and I are doing everything possible to keep all of our clients healthy. We've taken extra measures to sanitize and disinfect high touch surfaces in between each appointment, and will wear gloves and masks if/when appropriate. That being said, I think it is prudent that we all minimize contact over the next couple of weeks to help flatten the curve of the fast spread of this virus. I will be turning off all of my online appointment booking options, temporarily. You may still reach out to me, via text or phone call @ 216-469-5730 to schedule. This is going to be a day by day situation, but I have decided to cancel appointments for the next two weeks, and will tentatively schedule people starting the week of March 30th. If this should change, I'll keep everyone updated. This is a very trying time for all of us, and please understand this decision doesn't come easily. As many of you know, my husband and I both have small businesses that rely on us servicing clients and patrons, so this is a challenging situation for many different reasons. When I do resume normal (or semi-normal) business hours, please be patient and please do not bring children to the salon. As always, if you or your family have been sick, please reschedule - there will never be a fee for having to reschedule or cancel your service, even if it's last minute. I have several clients and several family members with compromised immune systems, clients who are elderly, and clients with family members who are immunocompromised. These are the people we are desperate to protect, so please take that into consideration the day of your appointment.
Thank you all for being kind and understanding during these uncertain days ahead, and please take good care of yourselves. I'm so looking forward to seeing you on the other side of all of this!
With Love and Positive Energy,
